CapVeri uses hybrid per-unit pricing. Self-serve starts at $99/month or $990/year and includes your first 50 rentable units, then adds $2/month or $20/year for each additional rentable unit. Portfolios above 500 rentable units or 50 buildings move to custom Enterprise pricing.

Self-serve covers portfolios with 1 to 500 active rentable units. The first 50 units are included in the platform fee, and additional rentable units are billed automatically. If your portfolio exceeds 500 rentable units or 50 buildings, contact us for Enterprise pricing.

Yes, anytime. As your rentable unit count changes, your monthly or annual total adjusts with it. New unit overages take effect immediately, and reductions apply to the next billing cycle after the lower unit count is reflected.

If you add billing before the trial ends, your plan continues at the base platform fee plus any unit overages above 50 active rentable units. If no payment method is on file, access pauses until billing is added.
