CapVeri.com provides commercial real estate financial operations software, specifically CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation and analysis tools. The Service processes user-uploaded financial data to identify billing discrepancies and generate reconciliation reports.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload malicious files or content
  • Verify AI-extracted data before relying on it for financial decisions

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CapVeri.com. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your financial data, lease documents, or generated reports.

5. Service Limitations

CapVeri.com provides financial analysis tools but is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations and should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as outlined on our pricing page. We may change future pricing with 30 days notice; active subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upon account deletion, you may export your data for 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

CapVeri.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
