In AppFolio, navigate to Reports and generate your CAM expense summary and tenant billing reports for the reconciliation period. Select the target property and include all expense categories and tenant charges.

Export both reports to CSV. AppFolio's export includes property details, expense line items, tenant names, and billed amounts. If your reconciliation data spans multiple reports, download each one separately.

Upload to CapVeri

In CapVeri, select your property and upload the AppFolio CSV file(s). CapVeri's generic parser handles AppFolio's export format. If any column headers are ambiguous, you will be prompted to confirm the mapping.
